Recently, much has been written on Atonement theory that would suggest that the Christian message could be re-interpreted for post-modern times.

While the desire to communicate with the new generation is well intended, we must not stray from the gospel writers.  The Jesus Gopel reminds its readers of the original intent of God's Word and directs our attention back to the original passages dealing with this important and timeless issue.
